I am a single mother of a 12y/o son. I was in a near fatal car accident on 3/10/2005 when someone ran a stop sign which crushed my pelvis & fractured my C2-C3 vertebrae (hangman's fracture) which resulted in numerous surgeries over 1 month hospitalization & left me permanently disabled. I am now trying to live on $979 per month that I receive from Social security that took 2yrs to receive. My mortgage alone is $849 per month therefore I am desperately in need of any assistance anyone could offer as I have exhausted all of my savings & needless to say as a result of filing bankruptcy to relieve my million+ $ obligation to pay medical bills not covered by the Florida NO FAULT INSURANCE I have no resources left to fall back on & fear the imminent loss of my home & everything I worked very hard to provide for myself & my child.
